- 15% booth deposit due with contract to reserve space through January 1st, 2024. This is a non-refundable processing fee.
- 60% of total invoice due upon contract signing as of January 2nd, 2024. Exhibitor is liable for 60% of total contract for cancellation or reductions after this date.
- 100% of total invoice due upon contract signing as of March 1st, 2024. Exhibitor is liable for 100% of total contract for cancellations or reductions after this date.
