    You can also supplement your customer service staff with a scripted chat bot. The scripted bot is a rule-based bot application for straight-forward use cases in automation and routing. It has a drag and drop flow editor with support for content in text, media, webhooks responses, variables, and a few channel specific features. 

    As it is rule-based, there is no artificial learning aspect. The flows and steps for the bot scripts are configured by hand or duplicated by copy and pasting other scripts. There is also a bot API, supported by an internal piece of software called the Conversation Router. This allows for integration with our Machine Learning-powered offering Conversational AI Cloud, but also third-party bot applications.
